Famous chef Tony Parkin, who has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, has been appointed head chef of Brickmakers Arms in Windlesham, Surrey.

Starting his career as an apprentice to chef John Campbell at the Vineyard hotel in Stockcross, Parkin moved to Copenhagen where he took part in the Michelin-starred kitchens at Kommandaten and Noma.

After returning to the UK, the successful chef who worked at Danesfield House in Northcote, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Adam Simmonds before becoming head chef at the Tudor Room at Great Fosters in 2019, renamed the Tudor Room restaurant Tony Parkin At The The Tudor Room, for which he received a Michelin star.

Parkin’s gastropub menu at Brickmakers Arms; local ingredients, fresh fish caught on daily boats and  aged in-house meat.
