Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck, one of the UK’s famous chefs, continues to focus on growth opportunities after its post-pandemic bounce back. SL6, the company behind three Michelin-starred The Fat Duck and one Michelin-starred Hinds Head Pub, was hit hard by the quarantine period from June 2020 to May 2021. With the end of the quarantine period, The Fat Duck’s financial statements began to yield positive results.

Manager Roland Lowenthal, who invested in the group in 2007, announced that the restaurants had increased their revenues and profit margins since the end of May last year. According to Lowenthal’s statement, the group will continue to pursue growth opportunities and produce new projects.
