KOL Mezcaleria’s Great Name Matthias Ingelmann will participate in International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference 2023!

The 8th Edition of the International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference which continues to serve as a bridge between Turkey and world gastronomy and is in the first two places among world gastronomy events, will be held on November 4-5, 2023 at the Haliç Congress Center in Istanbul. The theme of the conference will be “Geography”. About Matthias Ingelmann

Matthias Ingelmann is a creative  German bartender who has more than a decade of experience in the drinks and hospitality industry. He started his career as a Bar Manager at Der Plattenladen in Germany and continued in the same position at Ost Bar. He added a new country and experience to his bartending adventure as Assistant General Manager at the famous Drink Factory Ltd in the United Kingdom. He then worked as a Bar Manager at the famous Les Grands VerresBar in Paris. In 2016, Ingelman won first place in the Made in GSA Competition with his cocktail called Rum to the Roots. In 2019, he launched his own brand Parafante Liqueurs. His creativity and out-of-the-box thinking have made him a prominent bartender.  He is the Group Bars Manager and the brilliant name behind great  drink lists at KOL
