Dynamic global cooking congress, Madrid Fusión, returns to celebrate its 20th anniversary, from 28 to 30 March 2022.
Some of gastronomy’s biggest names, like René Redzepi, Gastón Acurio, Alex Atala, Dabiz Muñoz, Joan Roca, Rasmus Munk and Antonia Klugmann, will be jumping on stage to present on this year’s theme: ‘beyond ingredients’.
Artisanal, traditional and ancestral cooking techniques will be explored, from fire-roasting to cooking with microwaves or ultrasonic equipment, over the three days of expert-led presentations.
MF The Wine Edition will also be back for a second round, along with a new pastry/baking congress, Madrid Fusión Pastry.
