The 2023 restaurants of the Michelin Guide Istanbul, which was highly anticipated and announced for the first time in Turkey, were announced with a special award ceremony. At the ceremony held, 53 restaurants from Istanbul were included in the Michelin Guide, while 10 restaurants received the Bib Gourmand (affordable and high-taste) award. Four of the restaurants in the selection were awarded a Michelin Star. TURK Fatih Tutak was included in the Michelin Guide with two Michelin stars for his extraordinary cuisine, while Nicole, Araka, Mikla and Neolokal received one star. Neolokal also received the sustainability award, the ‘green star’.

53 restaurants from Istanbul entered the Michelin Guide, one of the most prestigious restaurant evaluation systems in the world. Four venues received one star and one venue received two stars.

The first restaurants selected in Istanbul by the inspectors of the Michelin Guide, one of the world’s most prestigious restaurant evaluation systems within the body of French tire manufacturer Michelin, have been announced.
At the ceremony held on 11th of October, 53 restaurants made the list, while 10 restaurants received the Bib Gourmand (affordable and high-taste) award.

TURK Restaurant received two stars as a surprise at night. The four restaurants that received one star were Nicole, Araka, Mikla and Neolokal, respectively. Neolokal also won the sustainability award ‘green star’.
