Giorgio’s hospitality legacy is rooted in his family’s restaurant and boutique shops heritage in Pisa, Italy. Giorgio starts bartending during his degree studies, and decides to pursue this career for the future, moving to luxury hotels to sharpen his skillset. He joins The Connaught Bar in 2014 and under the guide of Ago Perrone he stands out for his contagious energy and drive. An ambassador of five-star hospitality, Giorgio’s influence on The Connaught Bar has emerged throughout the creative innovations, events and activities that have seen his lead.
