Since opening L’Enclume in the village of Cartmel, Cumbria, in 2002, Rogan has led it to earn a third Michelin star in 2022, making it the first three-star restaurant in northern England. The restaurant has also been awarded a Michelin Green Star, a recognition of his farm-to-table philosophy rooted in sustainability and hyper-local sourcing from his own farm—setting a global benchmark for sustainable fine dining.

Who is Simon Rogan?

Simon Rogan is one of the most innovative figures in contemporary British gastronomy.
