The 50 Next list, where 50 Best, which chooses the best restaurants and bars in the world, chose the future stars in gastronomy, has been announced. The list, which was announced with a live all-day event in Bilbao, Spain, includes names aged 35 and under, defined as the leaders of the future in the field of gastronomy.

The youngest name on the 50 Next 2022 list is 22-year-old Ghanaian coder Mustapha Diyaol-Haqq, who is leading the charge for agricultural innovation.

Important chefs of the gastronomy world Mauro Colagreco, Dominique Crenn and Joan Roca also took part in the 50 Next event with a series of presentations, live interviews and interactive panels to celebrate the voices of the future of gastronomy.
