The Muse Masters charity series, launched by Tom Aikens, aims to celebrate the talents of chefs who have had to close their restaurants because of COVID-19.

Celebrity chef Tom Aikens brings together famous names from all over the London restaurant scene to raise awareness of the hospitality industry struggling with the COVID-19 crisis at events that will last only one night. Launching on 14th October with Robin Gill of former Clapham institution, The Dairy, Muse Masters invites 23 lucky guests to watch the chefs in action at theatre-style open kitchens, as well as sample a carefully curated six-course menu. The following week will see Tom joined in the kitchen by Alex Dilling, from Michelin-starred The Greenhouse, which has also had to close its doors due to Covid-19.

The chefs will bring with them signature offerings from their previous restaurants, giving guests a chance to enjoy their favourite dishes one last time. Hosted at Tom Aiken’s intimate townhouse restaurant, Muse, the series is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a fine dining experience whilst giving back to the industry that makes such experiences possible. As well as raising awareness, the Muse Masters series will also raise funds to support individuals who have been directly affected, with 10% of profits going to the charity Only A Pavement Away (OAPA).
