The food critic Ignacio Medina teamed up with Jordi Roca, one of the three brothers behind the famous El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, to launch Casa Cacao – The return trip to the origin of chocolate. This book, which is much more than a resource for chocolate lovers, is a commendable social responsibility project.
