Siren, the 2 Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw’s restaurant at The Goring Hotel, London, will not reopen after the quarantine process.

The Goring Hotel located in London said it would go downsizing in the F&B department, saying Siren, the restaurant of two Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw, which opened last year, would not open. Outlaw has said he would initially need to focus his energies on his Cornwall restaurants – the 2 Michelin-starred Restaurant Nathan Outlaw and Michelin-starred Outlaw ‘s Fish Kitchen – but is optimistic that the room would reopen again in due course. According to the news on The Caterer, Jeremy Goring, chief executive and fourth-generation incumbent of the hotel, said: “Due to the situation that all of us in UK hospitality find ourselves in, we are going to have to operate differently for a while in order to protect the business and its staff in the long term. For this reason, when we eventually reopen the Goring, it will be with a smaller F&B department, and very sadly we will not be able to reopen Siren.
