Michelin-starred Pony and Trap, located in Somerset, England, announced that a second restaurant will open in South Bristol.

Brother and sister Josh and Holly Eggleton, who are the owners of the Michelin-starred gastropub Pony and Trap, stands out with its local products and seasonal menu, announced that the new restaurant will open on North Street in Bristol’s Bedminster district. In the post shared on Instagram last week, it was stated that the details will be announced soon.

Having taken over the 200-year-old Pony and Trap in 2006, the Eggleton achieved great success in a short time with their daily changing menus and the importance they attach to local products. The successful gastropub, which won its first Michelin star in 2010, also works with chefs and restaurateurs in Bristol, in partnership with Breaking Bread, which has been helping vulnerable people in the UK since the beginning of the pandemic.
