Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival (SOBEWFF) welcomes three Michelin-starred and world-renowned chef Thomas Keller this year. The festival, which will return to the beaches of Miami this month after a three-month postponement due to the pandemic, will be held between 20-23 May.

Manuel Echeverri, chef de cuisine of Thomas Keller’s The Surf Club restaurant, says: “We want to showcase some of The Surf Club Restaurant’s updated continental cuisine classics and give SOBEWFF guests a taste of what our restaurant is all about.”
