Dutch chef Sergio Herman is preparing to open a second restaurant, Le Pristine, in Antwerp in 2020. The concept of the restaurant, which will be opened in Lange Gasthuisstraat 13, which is one of the important places of Belgium, is expected to be similar to AiRrepublic. The opening date of Sergio Herman’s new restaurant has not been confirmed, but is expected to open in April. Sergio Herman said that the new restaurant and cafe will be focused on the local terroir but will be internationally inspired.
