San Sebastian Gastronomica, one of the world’s most important gastronomic organizations, will be held online for the first time in its history.

Participations to Gastronomika, which will take place between October 5-9, will take place through a special website to be announced later. The website, which will be used as an auditorium, will host many events such as the III San Miguel-National Potato Salad Championship and IX National Grill Competition competitions and winning ceremonies, along with presentations by the world’s famous chefs. Also, the Kursaal Market, where companies are building their stands, will be moved to the digital platform. The platform will provide a digital space where companies and sponsors will be able to display their products from digital stands, that they themselves will personalise.
