Michel Roux Jr.’s Marylebone hotel restaurant, Roux at The Landau, will reopen next year following ‘exciting concept changes’. Roux at The Landau has remained ”temporarily closed’ following coronavirus restrictions easing earlier this year prompting speculation about its future.

On its last menu before closing, Roux at The Landau offered a deluxe menu of fried foie gras, rabbit, and pork trotters on toast and pickled vegetables. In addition, seafood such as steamed turbot and mussel soup was also on the menu.
