A total of 96 new restaurants entered the Repsol Guide Suns 2021 list in a challenging year for the gastronomy industry. The list was handed over to the owners at an event held at the San Sebastián Victoria Eugenia Theater in Spain.

Repsol Guide, the Spanish gastronomy guide, selected 96 new restaurants in 2021. 422 restaurants had one sun, 154 restaurants had two suns and 42 restaurants had three suns. Thus, in 2021, Repsol Guide users will be able to choose from a total of 618 restaurants in Spain included in the guide.
