Representative of modern Russian cuisine, Vladimir Mukhin, is coming to Gastromasa. Ranked 15th in the 2018 The World’s 50 Best List, Mukhin brings new interpretations of Russian cuisine in his restaurant White Rabbit, which has been in Moscow since 2012. Since 2014, the restaurant has become one of the top 50 restaurants in the world with the touch of Mukhin. He is ranked 23rd in Gault Millau in 2017 and he is one of the founders of Ikra gastronomy fest since 2017.
Star chefs keep coming to Gastromasa. Organized by Sözen Organization the IV. International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, sponsored by Metro Turkey and Gastronometro this year. The conference, which will be held on November 17th at Wyndham Grand Istanbul Levent, brings together the gastronomy world.
