Philippe Bernachon, the star of the chocolate world, is coming to Gastromasa. Bernachon is the the grandson of the touchstone of French cuisine, 3 Michelin starred Paul Bocuse. As a third-generation representative of the famous Bernachon family, he continues the half a century old chocolate tradition in the same store for over 60 years. In the Bernachon family, the main idea is continuity. As one of the most famous chocolatiers in France, successful chef of the historic Bernachon chocolates, he is the creator of the perfect chocolates produced from 10 different varieties of cocoa beans. Talented star chefs coming together in Gastromasa this year which will be held in November 17 at Wyndham Grand Levent Istanbul.
