KFC’s former boss is preparing to take over as CEO of PizzaExpress. Paula MacKenzie is hiring on June 6 as the new CEO of PizzaExpress. The former KFC boss will fill the vacancy of David Campbell, who left his position in October 2021.

Having worked in food and beverage chains for over 20 years, MacKenzie was most recently general manager of KFC UK & Ireland. Mackenzie will lead a team of 10,000 people in her new job.
