One of New York’s most popular Chinese restaurants Xi’an Famous Foods’ eponymous cookbook meets its fans.
First opened in 2005, with 14 locations in New York, Jason Wang’s family business Xi’an Famous Foods carries Shaanxi’s capital Xi’an’s traditional foods to the western cuisine. The book consists of restaurant’s never-before-published recipes from the menu and was chosen as the best cookbook of Fall 2020 by Eater and New York Times.
