Chefs of the three-Michelin-starred SingleThread restaurant in Healdsburg, California, are opening a restaurant this summer with an entirely plant-based menu. The new restaurant will be located in Little Saint, a new 10 thousand square meter space in Healdsburg city center where art, music, food, and wine will merge.

To run the food and beverage program without any animal products, SingleThread’s Kyle and Katina Connaughton, known for their commitment to sustainable farming practices on SingleThread’s farm, will use products from Little Saint’s farm.
