After working for the award-winning Eden Hotel Collection, Simon Haigh rejoins Mallory Court Hotel and Spa as Chef Director. The chef is back 20 years after garnering a Michelin star for the restaurant in 2001 which it held for a decade.
Dining Room, the restaurant with 3 AA Rosettes, has an ever-changing menu that focuses on innovative, contemporary dishes created with seasonal produce. During the festive period, diners can experience the “Tastes of the Season” five-course tasting menu that changes daily. “I’m excited to be back at Mallory Court,” says Haigh.
