Antonio Mellino, the two Michelin-starred chef of Quattro Passi di Nerano on the Amalfi Coast, plans to bring the flavors of his country to Barbados. The chef, who will open QP Bistro at The Cliff on October 22nd, will showcase the flavors of the Amalfi Coast and present his signature dishes to his guests.

Mellino aims to have the best restaurant in the world with its kitchen team, including his son Raffaele. “I absolutely love the energy of Barbados, and I am telling all of my regular clientele to meet me there. I couldn’t be more excited to open this unbelievable Quattro Passi in Barbados. We will make this the best restaurant in the world, on the best island, Barbados,” said the chef, and paid great attention to the renovation of The Cliff, which has the most striking view of the blue Caribbean Sea.
