Michelin Guide announced the restaurants of the Scandinavian countries that received a star in 2021. Star-winning restaurants were announced at the Stavanger Concert Hall in Norway. Accordingly, two restaurants received three Michelin stars, one restaurant received two Michelin stars, and nine restaurants received one Michelin star. In addition, seven restaurants have received the Bib Gourmand award, while nine restaurants have been awarded a green Michelin star.

Here are the new stars of Michelin Guide Nordic Countries 2021:

Maaemo – Oslo, Norway

Noma – Copenhagen, Denmark

 

New two-starred restaurant:

Kong Hans Kælder – Copenhagen, Denmark

 

New one-starred restaurant:

Finnjävel Salonki – Helsinki, Finland

Aira – Stockholm, Sweden

Project – Gothenburg, Sweden

ÅNG – Tvååker, Sweden

Hotell Borgholm – Öland, Sweden

The Samuel – Copenhagen, Denmark

Substans – Aarhus, Denmark

LYST – Vejle, Denmark

Syttende – Sønderborg, Denmark
