World-renowned chefs Mauro Colagreco and Ángel León are coming together on 6th June for a unique four-hands dinner at Aponiente in El Puerto de Santa María near Cádiz, Spain.

Two months after the reopening of Ángel León’s Aponiente restaurant, Colagreco and León will be cooking together to present the 20-course menu ‘Mare Luna’. This unique dining experience will highlight the vital connection between cooking and nature through the use of local products and by bringing together the elements currently highlighted in each of the chefs’ restaurants: the sea (Ángel León) and the moon (Mauro Colagreco).
