With the sponsorship of Kerrygold, the third season of Beyond the Menu, which was shot for six months in 2021, focuses on the work of Mark Moriarty over four days with six chefs. The episode featuring Michelin-starred celebrity chef Ahmet Dede was broadcast on RTÉ 1 television channel last night.

Mike Tweedie from Devon, who runs the Michelin-starred ‘Oak Room at Adare Manor’, one of the country’s most exclusive restaurants, will also take part in the new season of the programme. Famous Turkish chef Ahmet Dede, who appeared in the last episode of the show, quit his job at the famous Mews restaurant in Co Cork, Baltimore, before earning a Michelin star for his new venture, Dede. Future episodes will also feature Ian Doyle, Gráinne Mullins, Jess Murphy and Mickael Viljanen.
