Madrid Fusión, where the world’s leading chefs come together, will take place on January 13-15 this year. Madrid Fusión will transform Madrid into a gastronomic capital for 3 days. World famous chefs such as Andoni Luis Aduriz, Elena Arzak and Joan Roca will also share their knowledge. The guest cities will be Tokyo, Moscow-St Petersburg and Cape Town.
