Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC), the business event and trade show for the food service and hospitality industry, announced that Michel Roux Jr will be joining the event as a chef ambassador next year. In his capacity as chief ambassador, Roux Jr will attend a keynote session at the event’s Vision Stage and support the International Salon Culinaire conductor competition.


Roux Jr, chef-boss of Le Gavroche restaurant in London’s Mayfair, said: “I am delighted to be working with Hotel, Restaurant & Catering as the show’s chef ambassador and supporting the prestigious International Salon Culinaire competition. Supporting the growth of hospitality businesses is more important than ever and HRC A highly respected and valuable event for the industry”

HRC is returning to ExCeL London on 21-23 March 2022 and will join forces with the International Food & Drink Event (IFE), welcoming over 35,000 food, beverage and hospitality professionals.
