“The Restaurant of The Year 2020” award was given to chef Rasmus Munk’s restaurant Alchemist.

Den danske Spiseguide, which has rated Danish restaurants since 1978, awarded two Michelin-starred chef Rasmus Munk’s restaurant Alchemist with its restaurant of the Year award for 2020.

The Alchemist’s interior design was inspired by Futurism and the service was extremely high, the restaurant in Denmark’s capital Copenhagen was the reason for the prize. “Unlimited Creativity ” was considered Rasmus Munk’s signature.
