Pennyhill Park Hotel’s Head Pastry Chef Sarah Frankland, The Caterer magazine and Lactalis Professional have teamed up for the From One Chef To Another competition.

In the end, the chef who comes up with the most creative breakfast menu using Président butter, one of the brands under Lactalis, will receive prize that is worth £1500. The top 10 of the recipes submitted will be featured in Président’s Breakfast Guide created for hotel chefs. The deadline for submissions is the end of the month.
