Legendary New York bar Dante, named The Best Bar by The World’s 50 Best Bars, aims to raise $1 million for the hospitality industry during Negroni Week.

The legendary New York bar Dante NYC has joined forces with one of the city’s best restaurants in an attempt to raise $1m for the struggling hospitality industry. World-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will sell pre-bottled Dante NYC negroni at his restaurants in New York, including his 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Jean-Georges, for Negroni Week, which will last September 14-20. All funds raised through the sale of this special cocktail will benefit The Restaurant Workers Community Fund – helping out the restaurant and bar community impacted by COVID-19.

Those unable to get to a Jean-Georges restaurant this week can donate directly to the cause on the official Negroni Week website or by ordering the Negroni Sessions series from the Dante NYC website.
