Known for the Top Chef competition, chef Gregory Gourdet announced his new restaurant Project where visitors can have a safe dining experience, in collaboration with Resy and American Express.

About the Haitian cuisine inspired pop-up restaurant Kann Winter Village, which consists of 10 yurts set up outside, “The experience ca be contactless. If you desire, we leave the food right outside. So everything has been thought has been thought of to create as safe of an experience as possible” said Gregory Gourdet.
