Indian chef Gaggan Anand has announced that he will be opening a two-month pop-up at the Mandala Club in Singapore, from 3 November 2021, to 6 January 2022. Anand said: “I am building a whole new restaurant here, and recreating the full Gaggan Anand experience in Singapore.”

The chef will organize his pop-up with a team of 20 people brought from Gaggan Anand, his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok. While the pop-up will allow expressing the world-famous creativity of the 43-year-old chef with the tasting menu served, it will also present a concept that is the meeting of Mexican-Indian cuisines to its guests.
