Gordon Ramsay will become the latest celebrity chef to open a restaurant in D.C. Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips is expected to open in 2,100 square feet, according to plans submitted to D.C.’s Historic Preservation Review Board.

Ramsay’s Fish & Chips has two other locations, including one that opened earlier this month in Orlando, Florida, and a second in Las Vegas, with a third in the works in Chicago. It’s unclear what made D.C. stand out, but in a statement on the Chicago location, he said he loves the city and considers it one of the best food cities in the world.
