Chef Yves Mattagne’s two-Micehlin-starred restaurant Sea Grill will reopen in 2021. The restaurant is planned to replace La Villa Lorraine.

Yves Mattagne’s 30-year-old restaurant in Brussels, Sea Grill, was closed at the end of last year due to the renovations of the Radisson Hotel. La Villa Lorraine, known as the first three-Michelin-starred venue outside of France, lost its stars in the early 2000s. Now owner Sergei Litvine and chef Yves Mattagne join forces to revive the two restaurants.

Sea Grill will open at La Villa Lorraine’s former location in the first half of 2021, with its renewed menu and cuisine where Yves Mattagne will express his creativity.
