Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 has been announced. Sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, Sézanne in Tokyo took the first place. Sézanne was also named the Best Restaurant in Japan.
Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 was announced in Seoul on Tuesday, March 26. Opened in July 2021 on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo in Maronouchi under the direction of British chef Daniel Calvert, the restaurant reflects the rich culinary cultures of Asia while impressing diners with its neo-French style.
It was ranked 17th in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2022, and then made a meteoric rise to 2nd place in the 2023 list.
With an elegant dining room designed by Hong Kong artist André Fu, guests are introduced to an immersive dining experience with breathtaking views of Tokyo’s skyline and a glass-walled kitchen.
