Nick Bril and Lionel Rigolet have teamed up with the pop-up restaurant Table 58 to create a new gastronomic experience in Brussels.

The pop-up restaurant Table 58, which will continue until the beginning of summer, is located on the rooftop of Palais 5 at Brussels Expo. The project is a collaboration between Brussels Foodie, the creator of the culinary experiences at Brussels Expo, and We are C, a communication agency that founded the famous gastronomic events Culinary Experience.

Nick Bril, the chef of The Jane, the 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Antwerp, and Lionel Rigolet, the chef of Brussels’ iconic 2 Michelin starred restaurant, Comme Chez Soi, are coming together for the first time as part of a collaboration.

The two both elaborate on details and search for perfection in their kitchen. They bring together Belgian roots with surrealism with this in common.

They create a menu with two different concepts in the Table 58 pop-up. The first one has five different menus of Belgian cuisine and will be available until the end of April. The other has two menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and will be available between May and June.

In the Table 58 pop-up, guests will be able to climb the stairs of Palais 5 in front of the Atomium, which is ordinarily not allowed. They will be able to experience the unique pop-up of two famous chefs from different cultures, accompanied by the panoramic view of the Atomium.
