The Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, which is eagerly awaited by gastronomy enthusiasts, will be held for the 5th time. This year the conference will be marked by Peruvian chefs. Virgilio Martínez, is a driving force among the new generation of Latin American chefs and his wife Pia Leo, who is portrayed as the secret hero behind the legend, and Gaston Acurio, known as the name who places Peruvian cuisine on the world, will take part in the 5th International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference.
