From June 14 to 17, Hall 5.1 of the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles will host the second edition of the Salon de la Pâtisserie, chaired by Pierre Hermé. After the success of the first edition, the organization expects to exceed 35,000 visitors this year.

The event, which promotes the exchange of knowledge and recipes between amateurs and professionals, will offer visitors more than 100 master classes, lectures and demonstrations given by great chefs, more than 40 pastry courses open to the public, as well as attractive professional and amateur competitions.

Also event will propose a gourmand journey through seven spaces: L’enfant, Sweet Art, French Touch, Ateliers Sucrés, Bean to bar, Place des savoir-faire dedicated to training centers, and Forum in which pastry chefs from prestigious maisons such as Nicolas Cloiseau (la Maison du Chocolat), François Daubinet (Fauchon), Fabrice Danniel (Le Cordon Bleu Paris) and Nicolas Paciello (Hòtel du Prince de Galles) will participate.
