Chopin Vodka, one of the most important vodka brands in Poland, took action for Ukraine. Tad Dorna, founder and CEO of Chopin Vodka, donated all of the brand’s online profits in May to World Central Kitchen, which works for catering in Ukraine.

Founded by the famous chef Jose Andres, World Central Kitchen has distributed more than 12 million meals to Ukrainian war victims to date. Saying that she followed Andres’s work with admiration, Tad Dorna started collecting financial aid for Andres’ work after the war started.

Saying that she believes providing warm and nutritious meals to people is extremely important and especially necessary in times of crisis, Dorna said, “Chef Andrés’ team has continued to be on the front lines of both wars and natural disasters, to feed as many people as possible, and we’re grateful for their heroic efforts and happy to support this organisation.”
