The 43rd International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, and Coffee exhibition Sigep The Dolce World Expo started on Saturday with intense participation. 950 exhibiting brands spread over an area of 90 thousand square meters at the fair, which takes place in Rimini, Italy, until March 16.

The opening ceremony was held in South Hall on Saturday, with speeches of Lorenzo Cagnoni, President of Italian Exhibition Group; Jamil Sadegholvaad, Mayor of Rimini; Stefano Bonaccini, President of Emilia-Romagna Region; Gian Marco Centinaio, Undersecretary of State for Agricultural, Food, and Forestry Policies.

By interconnecting five distinct sectors SIGEP offers a 360° view of the dessert and coffee world, combining the presentation of new technologies, trends, and formats with business and networking opportunities.

Operators in the dessert and coffee foodservice sectors come together at Sigep to inspire, innovate, inform and influence each other, in an experience that incorporates business, trends, education, and creativity. The exhibition includes talks, workshops, and training meetings as well.
