Chef Daniel Rose takes over the kitchen of Boka’s new French restaurant, Le Select. For the restaurant, which is scheduled to open in the summer of 2022, Boka Restaurant Group co-founder Kevin Boehm says it will be a “world-class restaurant.”

Le Select, which will open on Wells Street, will be “a big, friendly and fun brasserie” and will offer unique French flavors interpreted by Dainel Rose. Daniel Rose, chef of Le Coucou in New York, is also the recipient of the 2017 James Beard Award. Boka Restaurant Group co-founders Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz state that it is too early to talk about the restaurant’s menu, but they say that Rose will show her creativity to the fullest. An additional area of ​​2,000 square meters will be allocated for special events with an area of ​​12,000 square meters. Katz believes that the restaurant industry will recover from the hardships of the pandemic in 2022, and Le Select is preparing to serve French flavors in an amazing atmosphere.
