Michelin-starred chef Ludo Levebvre joins the culinary team of Thompson Denver, which will open in 2022. Lefebvre will serve classic French flavors to its guests in the 90-seat restaurant.

Ludo Lefebvre, who won great acclaim with Chez Maggy, will present a selection of Colorado-inspired plates and home-cooked inspired meals in addition to his favorite flavors at Thompson Denver. Lefebvre, who received many years of training from the great masters of French cuisine before his successful career in Los Angeles, is one of the most admired representatives of this cuisine in the USA. Chosen as one of the “Top 50 Chefs in the World” by Relais & Chateaux, Lefebvre is followed with interest with the concepts he created and the TV shows he took part in. Thompson Denver, wehere the successful chef will manage the kitchef, will open its doors in January 2022.
