Recently, the assembly of CheftoChef members, an association that brings together the most famous chefs and patrons, the best manufacturers and suppliers of agrifood products, and reference gourmets of Emilia-Romagna, took place online. Among the various items on the Assembly agenda was the election of the new Governing Council, which will lead CheftoChef for the next three years. Massimo Bottura has been reaffirmed as vice president.

After a total tenure of 6 years, Massimo Spigaroli handed over the management of the association to Massimiliano “Max” Poggi from Castel Maggiore (Bo) restaurant of the same name in Trebbo Reno, who was unanimously elected president.
