Irish chef Robin Gill has become the latest big name to offer a limited, super-luxe meal kit with new delivery service StarChefs. For St. Patrick’s Day, a Christian festival, Gill will prepare and distribute a four-course meal to deliver from 17-20 March.

Robin Gill, the well-known chef of the Irish-American restaurant Darby’s in London, will offer customers four dishes inspired by his childhood. The dining set will include smoked haddock, smoked salmon, a beef and bone marrow pie, and chocolate mousse for dessert, while the box will also include Irish whiskey.

Gill said about the box: “St Patrick’s Day is such an important event in the Irish calendar, and for me personally. We opened my first restaurant on St Patrick’s Day in 2013”.
