The doors of the successful restaurant open with the new book by Paco Roncero and Eduardo Gonzales, founders of Sublimotion, one of the most famous restaurants in the world.

The book was announced on the restaurant’s official Instagram page with the message “In 2014, innovative performance was born in Ibiza, leading the way in a new era in the gastronomic format. Today, 7 years later, we present together with the Planeta Gastro publishing house, a unique edition that reveals all the secrets of the most advanced restaurant in the World. We hope it inspires you!”

One of the most expensive restaurants in the world, Sublimotion, offers its visitors a multi-sensory experience with its menu that brings gastronomy, modern art and technology together. Sublimotion, opened in Ibiza in 2014 by two Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero, shares the secrets of its success with the gastronomy world via the eponymous book.
