Mexico’s world-famous star chief Enrique Olvera sets out to cook in two different events in London as part of a private tour.
At the end of March, Olvera will take over the kitchens at a dinner at Casa Pastor on 27th and a brunch dinner at the Michelin-starred Lyle’s restaurant on 30th.
The chef will be cooking dishes from his upcoming book, Tu Casa Mi Casa: Mexican Recipes for the Home Cook, which features a collection of the chef’s creations such as herbed guacamole and chicharron; Hamachi and corn aguachile; Tacos de lengua; Tamalitos de broccoli; Barbacoa and Churros.
