Star Pubs & Bars, owned by Heineken, has announced that this year it will invest £42m in the redevelopment of all its places. 660 bars and pubs will benefit from these massive restoration works. The 137 bar will undergo a restoration work worth over £125,000.

A portion of the £42m investment will be devoted to outdoor areas such as upgrading outdoor seating and the provision of lighting and heaters, while the remainder will be devoted to redesigning the kitchen and bar areas to allow for a new experience.

Last year, Heineken invested £38m in the improvement of beer gardens, food and beverage at 700 of its 2,400 Star Pubs & Bars venues.
