Inn at Little Washington, the only 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in D.C. area in the USA, has come up with a different solution to the social distance rule that restaurants will apply when they open.

The D.C. area’s only 3 Michelin-starred restaurant with its famous tasting menus, Inn at Little Washington, has begun making preparations for the reopening of restaurants. Under the rules of the state of Virginia, restaurants will reduce their capacity and they will limit the number of the people sitting on a table, so Inn at Little Washington placed mannequins on empty chairs to make the restaurant appear crowded and to control the limitation. The restaurant, which works with Arlington Signature Theater and Design Foundry, dressed the mannequins in a 1940s style, according to Eater.
